Army Naik Rapes Officer’s Minor Daughter

Hyderabad: An army officer’s 9-year-old daughter was sexually assaulted by 35-year-old Tejindar Singh, a Naik on the campus of a defence establishment at Keesara on Sunday night. After the girl’s parents had left for officers mess on the campus, Tejindar Singh approached the girl and violated her.

After the parents lodged a complaint, Keesara police arrested the accused and filed a case under IPC section 376 (rape) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
