Appa Rao appears before Human Rights Commission

Hyderabad: Responding to the petition filed by Aam Admi Party leader Vishveshwar Rao that students were not being giving food in the university, the Human Rights Commission issued a notice to the Hyderabad Central University vice chancellor Appa Rao to appear before the commission. Accordingly the VC has presented himself before the commission on Saturday.
