AP to waive Rs 110 crore loans to weavers
Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh government on Monday decided to waive loans taken by over 25,000 weavers amounting to a total of more than Rs 110 crore.
The state Cabinet took the decision at a meeting on Monday evening. State Information Minister, Palle Raghunath Reddy told reporters that waiver will benefit 25,567 weavers in the state.
