AP ministers cross swords on Ind WI ODI

With India-West Indies match scheduling in Vizag soon, the minister for Tribal Welfare P Balaraju and minister for Infrastructure and Investments and Ports Ganta Srinivasa Rao had an axe to grind.

The ministers from Visakhapatnam were firing salvos at each other on conducting the match. Ganta on one hand threatened that he would obstruct the match, Balaraju, on the other hand, made it clear that match will continue as per schedule with the help of security forces.
When Samaikyandhra movement is at it peak in the Seemandhra region, it is not right to celebrate with cricket match in Vizag, Ganta said.
Balaraju found fault with Ganta's statement and suggested him not to hinder the match, as it uplifts the image of the Port city. He was confident that match will be conducted smoothly.
Who is using the cricket match for their political mileage is anybody's guess.
