AP Lost Out In Union Budget Due To Chandrababu’s Policies: YSRCP
Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh failed to get any notable mention in the Union Budget due to poor economic policies of chief minister Chandrababu Naidu, YSRCP senior leader Botsa Satyanarayana said.
Addressing the media here on Friday, he said the chief minister is more concerned about personal gains, commissions and non-existent promises to the people. "Why is the chief minister not fighting for Central funds for Andhra Pradesh. Why is he not making any efforts for special status for the state and Vizag railway zone," he questioned on the occasion and added that the Chandrababu government will go down in history as the most failed administration.
"The Central government has presented four budgets so far without any sizeable allocation for Andhra Pradesh. The same was repeated in the fifth and final budget presented on February 1. This is because the chief minister has failed to think about the state's welfare and fight for the rightful share of Andhra Pradesh in the Union Budget," Botsa Satyanarayana pointed out.
