AP HM's fake relative surrenders - Sakshi Post

After evading the police for three days, Avinash, who impersonated as a relative of AP Home minister Chinarajappa and duped several unemployed persons promising them jobs and positions in the Government, surrendered before the police at the DGP office in Hyderabad on Thursday.

A case has been booked against Avinash at the Mangalagiri police station on Tuesday for assaulting the victims who asked him to return money.
The AP Human Rights Commission (APSHRC) also has taken suo moto cognizance on the Avinash's issue and has asked District SP and Collector to file a report before April 6.
A. Avinash, a resident of AV Apparao Road, posed himself as the relative of Chinarajappa and set up a HR office. He promised lucrative jobs to several unemployed youths and collected handsome amounts from them.
Recently, Avinash brutally assaulted two men of a Dalit family when they asked him to return their money. He had beaten up the victims black and blue with hockey sticks and recorded the entire incident in the camera to show this as an example of what would befall on them if they demand their money back.
He sent the video to other victims and threatened them with dire consequences if they asked for money.
One of the victims uploaded the video on popular social networking site Facebook and this caused an outrage.
On February 27, Peddapuram police took Avinash into their custody but released him immediately. Several victims alleged that because of political pressures, the police are not acting on their complaints.
Responding on the incident, Chinarajappa said he has no connection whatsoever with Avinash and ordered a probe into the incident.
