AP High Court dismisses petition against Botsa

The AP High Court on Thursday dismissed the petition filed against PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana that sought direction to the chief commissioner of income tax with regard to the expenditure spent by Botsa on his daughter's marriage.

It may be recalled that sometime back, state convener for Congress Secular Hindu Forum, L. Ravi Kumar Reddy had filed a petition in High Court seeking a direction to the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax to investigate the details of the money spent by Botsa for his daughter's wedding on November 2, 2012 in Vizianagaram.
