AP High Court dismisses Jagan's bail petition

The Andhra Pradesh High Court which was to pronounce its verdict on Kadapa MP, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's bail petition today has dismissed his bail plea.

The court stated that the probe into the case was yet to be completed as per the guidelines of the Apex Court and thus the YSRCP president cannot be granted bail. It may be recalled here that the CBI during the bail plea hearing on Tuesday had sought more time from the court to finish the investigation. The CBI had also clearly stated that there was no support from the government to carry out the probe.
