AP HC pulls up APNGOs over agitation - Sakshi Post

The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday fumed at the striking APNGOs. A Division Bench comprising Chief Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sen Gupta and Justice K.C. Bhanu, asked how APNGOs could participate in the poltical agitations being government employees.

The court also directed the APNGOs to resign from their posts if they wanted to participate in the agitation.

The court also issued a notice to the state and central government as to the basis on which it has decided to bifurcate the state.

When the APNGOs requested the court to give some time for counter petition, it adjourned further hearing to August 26.
