AP EdCET Results 2018 Declared

AP EdCET Results 2018: The AP EdCet results 2018 have been declared. Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati has announced the AP EdCet Results for 2018 a few minutes ago. Several students aspiring to become teachers and seeking admissions into the two-year B.Ed course attended the exam which was held on April 19. The results along with the marks and rank card will be updated on the official website of AP EdCET by the University officials.

The EdCET was conducted by the SVU Univeristy of Tirupati on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. The rank of the candidate is based on the merit list and marks secured in the AP EdCET exam.

Out of the total 8,697 candidates applied for the test, 7,152 candidates wrote the test which means the attendance rate was 81.4%, according to AP Edcet 2018 convener Prof T Kumaraswami.

This is the first time that the number of applications received has not even touched one fifth of the total number of seats available in the state.

APEdCET Result 2018

After much delay the AP EdCET results were declared. Students who appeared for the APEdCET exam can access their results by enterting their name, roll number and date of birth in the DD/MM/YY format. According to the official website, all candidates (except SC/ST category) have to score a mininum of 37 (25%) out of the total marks to qualify in the entrance test. However, ranking would not be considered for SC/ST students. Also, for women there will be no minimum qualifying marks in mathematics methodologies and physical sciences.

• Choose the view your rank tab
• Key in your hall ticket number and date of birth
• Click on the view rank button
• Choose view APEdCET 2018 rank card
• Take a screenshot of the rank card, download it on your mobile or print the rank care for future use.
