Manyamkonda: Car-lorry collision kills 3

Three people were killed when a car collided with a lorry near Manyamkonda in Mahbubnagar. The deceased have been identified as Sivaraju, a transport owner, his son Anila and daughter Keerthi. The accident occurred in the early hours of Friday. The car was on its  way to Hyderabad from Mantralayam. The police has registered a case.

Two die after Qualis hits lorry

In another accident in the same district, two people died and three others were injured when their Qualis hit a lorry from behind on the NH-7 near Balanagar toll gate at Shadnagar.
Two persons died on the spot and three others were hurt during the accident that happened around 6 am today. The injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital.

Two die, 10 injured as tractor overturns

Two persons died when the tractor trolley in which they were traveling overturned on the road at Srinivasapuram in Jaggareddygudem on Friday morning.

According to reports, 10 others were injured and were admitted to a government hospital in Srinivasapuram. The condition of four people is said to be critical.

Wife beats husband to death

In a gruesome incident, a wife hit her husband with a rod until he died. It is learnt that the wife (Indrani) did the act in a fit of rage after she suspected him of infidelity.
This shocking incident took place at Gourishankar colony in the Banjara Hills police station limits. Indrani and her husband Venkatesh (the deceased), were residents of Gourishankar colony.

It is learnt that Indrani poured kerosene on her husband while he was sleeping in an inebriated condition and set him ablaze before hitting his head with a rod. Sources say that Venkatesh had an illicit relationship with two women and did not care for his wife.
The couple have three sons. While two are working in Australia, the third one is in Chennai. Police has taken Indrani into custody.

Family rivalry: Youth murdered in Medak

In an unfortunate tragic incident, family feud led to the murder of one youth. It is believed that rivalry between two families was the cause of murder. A youngster was found  dead at Nagur village under Kanthi mandal of Medak district.

Reports said that some unidentified persons who hatched the plot, attacked the boy with an axe and killed him. The police has registered a case. Search is on to nab the culprits.
