Chirala: Husband slits wife's neck
A dispute between a couple ended in the husband slashing the neck of his wife at Chirala in Prakasham district on Saturday. The wife was seriously injured in the incident. She was rushed to a nearby hospital and her condition is said to be critical.
Police has registered a case against the husband responding on a complaint lodged by the victim's family members.
Nalgonda: Girl ends life, no suicide note found
A young girl committed suicide at her home at T.Kottapalli of Nootankal mandal in Nalgonda district on Saturday morning. What pushed her to take the extreme step is yet to be ascertained. No suicide note was found at the spot.
However, the girl's mother alleged that the girl committed suicide after being allegedly humiliated by her boyfriend. They even lodged a complaint against the boy.
