AP CM Launches Mobile App To Receive Feedback
Amaravati: The people of Andhra Pradesh can now directly connect to the government by downloading "Kaizala app". The Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday launched the application through which people could connect directly with head of the state.
The app runs on Microsoft's Kaizala platform. Calling it a "unique app in the world", Naidu told reporters after launching the app that "This is a very interesting experiment. This is a milestone as we are moving for a real-time e-governance, and one that makes people partners in development."
The app is being used exclusively by the Chief Minister. The feedback given by the public on different government programmes will be reviewed by the CM directly and based on the feedback analytics government policies will suitably be modified.
To connect with the CM, citizens have to install Kaizala app from Google Play Store and activate it on their smart phones. Later, they have to click on Discover and subscribe to “AP CM Connect”. Then, they have to click on “Share Feedback” on top panel to provide feedback on the Government programmes.
