AP Assembly pays rich tributes to Kalam
The AP Assembly paid rich tributes to hugely popular former president APJ Abdul Kalam on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said Kalam was an unending source of inspiration for the youth of the country.
Leader of Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said his life was one of epochal significance. Tracing his journey from an ordinary paper boy to the missile man, YS Jagan said that after relinquishing the president’s post, he took to teaching to inspire the youth. He reminded that Kalam passed away while addressing the students.
The house passed a resolution paying rich tributes to the late president.
