Tenant Farmers Are Eligible For YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme: AP Govt

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy led YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) government gave a good news to tenant farmers by making them eligible to apply for the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme. AP state government issued a GO in this regard.

YSR Rythu Bharosa is one of the nine Navratna welfare schemes of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government. As per the scheme all the eligible farmers will get financial assistance of Rs 13,500 for farming activities every year.

AS per the GO issued, YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme will be applicable to all the SC, ST, BC and minority farmers in the forest areas. The scheme will also be applicable to the farmers even though their children are governmnet employees. But, excludes the current and former ministers, MPs, MLAs and MLCs to get the financial assistance from this scheme.

The state government further to provide financial assistance to the farmers family if the farmer dies.

In case of death of a farmer, the state government further to provide financial assistance to the farmers family.
