YS Jagan Inaugurates Anti-corruption Call Centre In AP
TADEPALLI: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has taken another step for eradicating corruption in the state and to turn AP as corruption-free state. YS Jagan has inaugurated a 14400 citizen helpline call centre at the CM camp office in Tadepalli on Monday, November 25.
Anyone can make a complaint regarding corruption by calling on this helpline number. The AP CM has kept his word by launching 'anti-corruption call centre' which he promised to AP people during his swearing-in ceremony six months ago after YSR Congres party voted to power in AP.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister also released posters in English and Telugu to bring awareness among the public on the Helpline. The main slogan on the poster reads let’s join hands to eradicate corruption and the like.
YS Jagan made the first call to the call centre and inquired about the functioning of the call centre. The AP CM ordered officials to immediately take an action and complete the investigation within 15-30 days of receiving the complaint. investigate on the complaint within 15 days. He also released a poster in this regard.
AP Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department minister Botsa Satyanarayana, AP DGP Gautam Sawang, ACB officials and others attended this launch event.
