500 Kg Ganja Caught Enroute To Maharashtra

Acting on a tip off they conducted searches and seized 500 kg of ganja that sums up to a worth of RS 25 lakh.

Narsipatnam: Excise police seized 500 kgs of ganja here on Saturday.According to Excise CI Santhosh, two persons, Gopal Vasanth and Panduraga were carrying 500 kgs of ganja in a vehicle from Visakhapatnam to Maharashtra.Acting on a tip off they conducted searches and seized 500 kg of ganja that sums up to a worth of RS 25 lakh.

The Police arrested Gopal Vasanth and Panduranga and seized two mobile phones and Rs 5000 from their possession. The task forces also participated in this search operation.
