Ummareddy Venkateswarlu Taken Ill, Rushed To Hospital

Guntur: Senior YSR Congress Party Leader and Chief Whip in the Legislative Council , MLC Ummareddy Venkateswarulu was admitted to the hospital in Guntur on Wednesday afternoon.

He was speaking at a press conference at the Guntur Collectorate, and was immediately rushed to the hospital after a bout of vommiting.

He had come to the Collector's office on Wednesday morning to have discussions with the agitating MPEOs who were on a relay hunger strike at the collectorate's office.

He had assured them that their problems would be brought to the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's attention and would be solved.

As he was speaking to the media after talks with the MPEOs he sudden fell ill and was rushed to the hospital by party members. He is currently being treated by doctors at the hospital.
