Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly on Monday approved eight key bills on the 13th day of the Budget Session, 2019 and adjourned the proceedings for tomorrow, Tuesday.

The Bills passed by the House include:

-Approval for a Bill to set up a permanent Commission for Backward Castes.
-Adoption of a Bill that provides for 50 percent reservation of nominated posts, contracts, and services for women.
-Approval of the Bill which provides for 50 percent reservation in nominated works, contracts, and services for BC, SC, ST, and minorities.
- Approval of the Bill which provides for 50 percent reservation for women in nominated posts
-Approval of the Bill which provides 50 percent reservation for nominated posts for BC, SC, ST, and minorities.
- Approval of Bill which provides 75 percent reservation of jobs for local people in industries and factories.
- Approval of AP Market Law Amendment Bill.
- The passage of the Amendment Bill to the Indian Manufactured Foreign Liquor and Foreign Liquor Trade Act.
