AP Govt To Hold Mega Investment Conference In Vijayawada
Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh government in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) will organise a mega conference in Vijayawada on August 9, 2019 to attract investment for the state.
Ambassadors, diplomats and consulate generals from about 30 to 40 countries will be attending the event. The summit will be held in two phases.
Chief Minister YS Jagan will meet the consulate generals and the ambassadors in the first phase.
In the second phase, YS Jagan will have an one-on-one interaction with the representatives of different countries.
Meanwhile, South-Korea based Kia Motors Comapny is preparing to launch its new car on August 8 at Penukonda in Anantapuram district. CM YS Jagan is invited for the event.
Talking about budgetary allocation, the YSRCP government has allocated Rs 3,985.05 crore for industries, infrastructure, investment and commerce sector, while Rs 453.56 crore has been allocated for IT, electronics and communication (IT,E and C) sector.
