Lakshmi Parvathi Flays TDP, Chandrababu On NTR’s Birth Anniversary

Hyderabad: Lakshmi Parvathi, wife of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) founder and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao reacted strongly for not holding the celebrations properly on the eve of his birth anniversary.

Speaking to the media after paying her tributes to NTR on his birth anniversary at NTR Ghat on Tuesday, she expressing angst over the lack of efforts from the Telugu Desam party on the occasion.

She criticized the Telugu Desam party and leader Chandrababu Naidu for not making proper arrangements for NTR's birth anniversary. Mentioning that the NTR Ghat which is considered a sacred place was left bare without any decorations, the YSR Congress party leader said Chandrababu got the appropriate payback for all the misdeeds and conspiracies he committed. Asserting that she is never anti-TDP but will always remain anti-Chandrababu, Lakshmi Parvathi expressed confidence that YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will correct all the wrongdoings by the TDP government.
