KVP Meets Governor, Seeks White Paper On Polavaram Project
Hyderabad: Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha member KVP Ramachandra Rao on Thursday met Governor ESL Narasimhan at the Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad. During the meeting, KVP submitted a presentation to the Governor in regard to the construction of the Polavaram project.
Speaking to the media persons after the meeting, the Congress leader alleged that the Central and state governments have neglected the project for their own political benefits.
Explaining the irregularities taking place in the construction of the Polavaram project while also providing the evidence, KVP urged the Governor to intervene in the project regarding the delays and issue an order to the state government seeking the release of the white paper on Polavaram project.
