TDP Is Consigned To History In AP: Ram Madhav

Guntur: Taking a dig at TDP, BJP national secretary Ram Madhav said the party would be confined only to Telugu Association of North America (TANA) conferences in United States of America. Apparently, the reference relates to the fact that TANA is managed by a certain Telugu community that shares close relationship with TDP and its leaders.

He was speaking at BJP Andhra Pradesh office bearers meet here on Sunday in which AP BJP president Kanna Lakshminarayana and others were participated.

Stating that several politicians from various parties were drawn to BJP and its ideology in AP, he said the party's task was cut out to work towards bringing BJP closer to forming government in the State by 2024. In Telangana, he added that people there were already of the belief that BJP was the only alternate political force to TRS.
