Praja Vedika Represented Loot Of Public Exchequer: Vijayasai Reddy

Amaravati: YSRCP general secretary V Vijayasai Reddy stated that former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu had escalated the cost of Praja Vedika - a temporary structure - from the realistic Rs 1 crore to Rs 9 crore.

Taking to Twitter, Reddy said Praja Vedika was just a temporary shed with asbestos sheets like a cinema setting erected using plaster of Paris. "All the buildings constructed in Chandrababu's regime were just like this. Praja Vedika is just a sample," he hit out.

The TDP leaders don't even have awareness like the people who came to witness the demolition of Praja Vedika. If Praja Vedika was built in the 33,000 acres pooled in from farmers, he said there would have been more loss to the State exchequer.
