Kothapalli Subbarayudu Meets YS Jagan, Set To Join YSRCP 

Hyderabad: Kothapalli Subbarayudu, who resigned as the Kapu Corporation chairman, met YSR Congress president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Sunday. This meeting was held at YS Jagan's residence in Hyderabad.

Speaking to the reporters after the meeting, Subbarayudu said, "I have come to a consensus with YS Jagan. I will announce my decision in the presence of Narasapuram activists. The things we spoke about will be announced before the activists.

I will inform everyone about my decision in the presence of our activists and leaders in our constituency."

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had assured to allot the Narasapuram Assembly ticket to Kothapalli Subbarayudu but went back on his words. With this, he resigned from the post of Kapu corporation committee and also from the TDP.

In this background, Kothapalli Subbarayudu's meet with YS Jagan has taken place and he is expected to join the YSRCP shortly.

Meanwhile, several party leaders are joining YSRCP. Kavali former MLA Venture Venugopal Reddy, tribal leader Shankar Nayak and Madhavi Lata from Machilipatnam joined the party in the presence of YS Jagan.
