MLA Amanchi Krishna Mohan Slams TDP, AP Police

Chirala: MLA Amanchi Krishna Mohan slammed Telugu Desam Party over his brother being arrested in a false case filed by his political opponents. He reported this incident to the Prakasam district SP Praveen Koya, on Sunday. He observed that ruling TDP is resorting to malpractices to win in the election and Chirala police are being proactive in supporting TDP. Amanchi pointed out that YSRCP supporters are being sent to jail under false cases and his brother had been implicated in a case, to which he is not at all connected.

Krishna Mohan revealed that his brother is recovering from an accident and was bedridden for a long time with injuries on his limbs. In such circumstances, he is being charged with attempt to murder. Amanchi clarified that his brother was not involved in the fight between youths in the Vijalipet and innocent people are being implicated in false cases. He added that police of Chirala were going beyond their duty with the support of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

He opined that police were targeting Dalits and were booking them under false charges. Krishna Mohan remarked that in the upcoming election Chandrababu will receive a befitting reply from the people.
