Dalits Bring Issues To Akhila Priya

Uyyalawada: TDP minister Akhila Priya has faced a set-back in Kakarawada Village of Uyyalawada Mandal. Akhila Priya was in the village on Monday as part of an official visit. Residents of the Dalit colony expressed their dissatisfaction with the minister over the lack of CC roads and sewage drains in the colony, apparently, they are being laid in the other colonies of the village. “Don’t the dailt votes matter?” they questioned.

Responding over the issues Akhila Priya said,” I will look into the matter and all the issues will be sorted in a week’s time.” Meanwhile, the residents of BC colony complained to the minister that the electric poles are in a dilapidated condition and the officials are not responding over the issue. Market yard chairman BV Rami Reddy and others also accompanied her.
