Visakhapatnam: It was speculated that TDP leader and  the Minister for Roads and Buildings Ch Ayyanna Patrudu from Narsipatnam constituency  is believed to have received a death threat from his  close family member and a few others recently . The cause for this death-threat speculation which also made it to the discussion panels in various vernacular media channels,  was a video clip which is going viral on social media platforms  for the past two days.

It shows Ch Sanyasi Patrudu,  who is Ch Ayyanna Pathrudu's  brother coming out with  a few people and this was purportedly made to look like as if he was hatching a plan to murder his brother.

Sanyasi Patrudu  along with his son  Varun met  Babuji Attada, the Superintendent of Police,Visakhapatnam and submitted a formal complaint regarding the false video.

In his complaint he mentioned that some miscreants created a video stating that he was hatching a conspiracy against his brother which is false and baseless. He went on to clarify that some mischievous elements had made use of a video taken from a CCTV footage and were trying to defame him.

In the complaint he said that on the  November 21 he had gone to Narsipatnam  to attend a wedding of his friend Sheik Allauddin's daughter and  he was with a relative Ch Ramana and a few gunman. Local opposition leaders from Nathavaram had also come for the wedding and they  all greeted each other cordially  and some miscreants took a  clip of that from the CCTV footage and converted it in such a way to make it look like as if they were planning something.  He said that just because a few opposition leaders were also seen with him , they made it look as if he was planning a  conspiracy to murder his brother . He also requested the police to find out who was behind this video and trace the source from where the clip was uploaded  and take action against them.
