YSRCP Leaders Meet Kurnool Quarry Blast Survivors

Kurnool: YSR Congress party (YSRCP) leaders visited survivors of the quarry incident that killed 11 people in Hathi Belagal in the district. Nandikotkur MLA Ijaiah, Pranyam MLA Gouru Charitha, YSRCP State Secretary Katasani Ram Bhupal Reddy and Guru Venkat Reddy consoled the injured and asked the doctors to take special care of them.

The YSRCP leaders demanded that strict action be taken against the organizers of the quarries in Aaluru constituency. The officials had given permission to the quarry organizer, since he is a Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supporter, they said. The State government should immediately announce ex gratia to the families of the bereaved, they demanded.
