TDP, BJP Continue To Be Friends: Parthasarathy

YSRCP spokesperson Parthasarathy - Sakshi Post

Vijayawada: YSR Congress Party official spokesperson Parthasarathy said TDP made false allegations that YSRCP and BJP were in alliance, while Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh made it clear that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu continued to be BJP's friend. Talking to press persons here today, he asked if Chandrababu had condemned the statements of Rajnath Singh.

The YSRCP spokesperson said that it was YSRCP which had declared war against Central government and will continue its fight. The ruling TDP government had diluted the fight for Special Category Status (SCS) to the state and was getting all those who speak for SCS arrested. He asked what had Chandrababu achieved through no-trust vote in Parliament.

Parthasarathy said Congress President Rahul Gandhi spoke about his personal agenda. Both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi avoided speaking about AP. The sincerity of TDP leaders was evident when they misused the opportunity to give a strong reply to PM's speech. He said Chandrababu should reply to the point raised by Modi in Parliament that upon AP CM's agreement only Special Package was allocated to the state.

After losing the no-trust vote Chandrababu went to Delhi and held a press conference, the YSRCP leader said. In the conference the AP CM did not condemn the words of PM, which only implies that Chandrababu had agreed for Special Package, he added.
