An 'Jail'?

Habits die hard, actress Anjali goes missing again. Such an irony when Anjali is spotted everywhere but in front of law. She is seen promoting her films and also at success meets but is never seen at court.

It is evident that Anjali has not paid any heed to the court's instructions. Hence, she would not be given anymore warnings and an arrest warrant may be issued against her.

Anjali had to attend Saidapeta Court in connection with the defamation case on Monday.  But, she did not turn up. The judge expressed his anger at Anjali's absence at the court, and said that an arrest warrant would be issued if the she continued the same. The court posted the next hearing of the case to July 12.

It may be recalled here that responding to the petition filed by Tamil film director Kalanjiyam that Anjali’s remarks had hurt the sentiments of his supporters, Saidapet Court in Chennai issued summons to the actress directing her to attend the court before July 8.

Earlier, Anjali gave a miss to High Court hearings too. The High Court also directed Anjali to appear before July 9 and warned that her absence would be taken very seriously, and may result in her arrest.

It remains to be seen whether Anjali would attend the court tomorrow or not.
