An act of retaliation for hanging, says Azad

“It is suspected that the twin blast at Dilshuknagar was an act of retaliation,” said Gulam Nabi Azad, Union Minister.

He said the blast might be a fall out of the hanging of Pakistani national Kasab and terrorist Afzal Guru. Everybody should condemn the cowardly acts like this, he said and expressed deep condolences on behalf of the Congress party.
