We decide Delhi, not vice-versa : YS Jagan

YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has expressed deep anguish over the reports appearing in a section of English media distorting the Party stand on extending support to the Centre and has been giving their individual and imaginary versions though the issue was categorically told during the public meetings and in the press conference at Pulivendula after the polling.
Since Congress has split the state undemocratically and irrationally, our support to that Party is ruled out and when it comes to non-Congress Parties, our Party did not take any names but said, first we will win 25 MP seats and then think whether we support Modi, Tom, Dick or Harry.
There were distortions and imaginary conclusions on these remarks.
Our Party President has been advocating that with 25 MPs, we will be having an upper hand and play a pivotal role in the formation of the Government at Centre but we do not surrender to Delhi dictates like Chandrbaabu Naidu and will upkeep the Telugu pride.
While Chandrababu Naidu has been showing Modi and seeking votes, our Party President has sought votes on the Telugu Pride plank.
There is no reason as to why the statements of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy should be distorted when he was categorical on:
a) The support to Congress is ruled out at it has divided the state irrationally and undemocratically,
b) We will win 25 MP seats and will hold the key in formation of the Central government and do not take the Delhi dictates lying low, unlike Chandrababu Naidu
c) We have sought votes on the plank of upkeep of Telugu pride while Chandrababu Naidu has totally surrendered and was seeking votes in the name of Modi.
d) After winning 25 seats then we will decide as to whom we should support, Modi, Tom, Dick or Harry does not matter as long as our state interests are safeguarded.
This is to clear apprehensions and the ambiguity created in the minds with the distorted version of YSRCP stand by a couple of stories in the media.

In an attempt to educate and make people aware about the consequences of war amid Pakistan's continuous firing in the border states, the Delhi government did a mock drill to test air raid sirens installed at the Public Works Department (PWD) at ITO and asked people to not react out of panic.
District Magistrate (Central) G. Sudhakar also urged people to remain calm and not be alarmed when they hear the sirens.
At least twice, sirens sounded during the drill, which started at 3 pm.
PWD Minister Parvesh Verma said 40-50 more such sirens will be installed across the national capital, each of which will cover an area of 8 km.

A missile-like object is found deep inside the Dal Lake after loud explosions were heard on Saturday morning in Srinagar, which is a major tourist attraction. The defense ministry also confirms that Pakistan has intruded into Srinagar's airspace in a press release.
Since the early hours of Saturday morning (10th May), Srinagar has been rocked with multiple explosions, and now electricity is taken off in various places across Kashmir. The reason for this is yet to be determined, as reports indicate multiple places in Kashmir have lost power. The Indian Army released a statement after the press briefing, where they mentioned that they have attacked and neutralized multiple terrorist launchpads in a coordinated fire assault, razing them to cinders.
