KCR's Fitting Counter To Revanth Reddy

Telangana CM and BRS chief KCR said that he when he was fighting for Telangana, he did not know under whose feet these leaders were standing at. He referred to Revanth Reddy and Chandrababu, albeit indirectly. KCR, who participated in the Bharasa (BRS) Praja Aashirwada Sabha held at Acchampeta in Mahbubnagar district, made these comments. "Did anyone remember what Telangana was like ten years ago? There were Ganji and Ambali Centers in Palamuru district. Earlier a lot of Palamuru people had migrated to Bombay. Did anyone come and help?"

"24 years ago, I alone started my journey for Telangana. I was successful because I was honest in my struggle. Earlier, Telangana had faced many difficulties due to lack of sufficient electricity, drinking water, irrigation water. Today, Telangana is the only state in the country which provides 24 hours electricity. Now Telangana has grown to be the compass of the country. Telangana is the only state that provides drinking water (Nalla water) to every house. Some people (Revanth) are challenging me to come to Kondagal, challenging me to come near Gandhi statue. The whole country saw KCR's guts. I need not prove my guts freshly to anyone."

"Elections have now arrived in the tenth year of Telangana. I did my job. Now it is the turn of people to do it (to vote for BRS). Telangana, which used to grow 60 lakh tons of grain, is now growing 3 crore tons of grain. Janareddy challenged that if 24-hour electricity is given, he will leave Congress and wear TRS scarf. Then retracted. KCR was the architect of Rythu Bandhu scheme. Rythu Bandhu will be increased to Rs.16 thousand in a phased manner. Congress leaders filed 109 cases against the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy lift irrigation scheme."

"Congress leaders are worried that KCR gets good name if the projects get completed, and stopped them by filing cases. After completing the Palamuru project, we will provide water to one lakh acres in Acchampet constituency. Vote for the party which takes Telangana state forward and continue the progress."

KCR blasted the Congress. He said Congress party is the villain for Telangana as under its rule Telangana lost its independent identity. It is the Congress party which had delayed Telangana statehood. The separate statehood was announced in 2004 and was finally given in 2014. KCR claimed that Telangana was formed only after TRS gathered the support of 32 political parties in the country.
