Telangana to Expedite Second Dose Of COVID Vaccine To Those Flying Abroad

The Telangana Government has decided to speed up the process of administering the second dose of Covishield to those who are going abroad. The State Medical Health Department said that persons who are eligible for the second dose can walk into any Covid vaccination centres set up by the state government.

The state government, in a circular, has mentioned the names of the vaccination centres situated across Telangana. It further noted that the vaccinators at the vaccination centre will register the eligible beneficiaries on the CoWin portal for the second dose.

It added that the beneficiaries will be given a second dose of the Covishield vaccine after a gap of 28 days of taking the first vaccine. The drive has begun from Tuesday at the below-mentioned centres.
