Is Narayana Minister for Land-pooling?

Surprised?. But, this is the nick-name given by some TDP leaders to Municipal Administration MInister. They call him minister for land-pooling.

Narayana is meeting the people everyday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the make-shift CRDA office to attend to their grievances on land pooling. 

He has been making whirlwind tours in the capital area and has completely busied himself with the land-pooling process.
Land-pooling is a responsibility of Revenue Minister K E Krishnamurthy, who has kept himself away from the process.
KE has already caused a major embarrassment to Chandrababu by saying the land-pooling process was detrimental to hundreds of farmers.
