HC grants bail to Koneru Prasad

The Hyderabad High Court on Thursday granted bail to industrialist Koneru Rajendra Prasad, an accused in the APIIC-Emaar township project case. He is also the chairman of the Trimex group and also known as Koneru Prasad..

 The court  asked Prasad to deposit his passport and provide a personal bond worth 

Rs 5, 00,000 to the court. He has also been directed not to leave the state.

Prasad, who was lodged in the Chanchalguda central prison, filed  petition in the High Court seeking bail.
