Guntur: Scores of supporters welcome Sharmila

YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's sister, Sharmila's 'Maro Praja Prastanam' padayatra concluded in Nalgonda and entered Guntur district on Saturday evening.

When Sharmila entered the district at Pondugula village, she was accorded a grand welcome. Thousands of YSR followers, particularly from Palnadu gathered there to receive Sharmila.

Sharmila covered 151.3 kilometres in Nalgonda district passing through 5 constituencies.

She would continue her foot march for 15 days, covering 300 kilometers and walk through 14 constituencies in Guntur district.
