Discipline in Cong is not an easy task, says Kantheti

“It is a big task to hold the position of Disciplinary committee chairman,” said Kantheti Satyanarayana Raju, who was appointed as the chairman of the Disciplinary Committee.

Talking to reporters on Saturday, Kantheti said the responsibility of the chairman was a Herculean task. “We have to tame the dissident leaders many of the times by convincing. There was a popular saying that rival for the Congress was Congress. No leader should not criticise the party policies publicly as the party was passing through a critical situation, Satyanarayana Raju said.

Replying to question, Congress disciplinary committee chairman said it was not appropriate for T Subbarami Reddy to announce repeatedly that he was getting Vizag Parliament seat.
