Civil aviation minister travels like a commoner

The working style of Union Minister for Civil Aviation P Ashok Gajapathi Raju has became a topic of discussion in Delhi circles.

As a minister, he can use flaunt his special status and a special vehicle would ferry him to the plane. But, he refused to avail them and behaved like an ordinary passenger in Delhi.

He even stood in the queue and waited for his turn to board the plane. No civil aviation minister in the past did this.

This was welcomed by the ordinary passengers who are fed up with the VIP tantrums.
