Amala Paul, AL Vijay Get Divorce

Chennai: The divorce battle of actress Amala Paul and director A.L. Vijay has been going on for quite some time. The couple were granted divorce by Chennai Family court on Tuesday.

The couple tied the knot on June 12, 2014 after dating for almost four years. Amala had decided to end the marriage after she claimed she was stopped from pursuing her career by Vijay’s family.

After separation, both focused on their careers. Amala has several offers on hand. Hebbuli, Achayan,Cinderella, Vada Chennai are the movies she is currently busy with.
