Allegations against me in GO case are baseless: Kanna

Agriculture minister Kanna Lakshminarayana on Monday hit out at his detractors for their criticisms against him saying they are making baseless allegations as they cannot face him politically.

Speaking at the 49th death anniversary of Jawaharlal Nehru  in Ananthapuram, he made it clear that he was ready to face any case against him.

He also said that the Congress High Command will take a call on the resignation issue of the ministers. "I am not involved in the 26 GOs case. These are mere allegations," he said.

Minister Raghuveera Reddy, MP Anantha Venkatarami Reddy and other party leaders were also present on the occasion.
