Ali sticks to comedy,says no to politics

Comedian Dr.Ali ruled out his entry into direct politics and cleared the air saying he would not contest in the 2014 elections. The actor was in Rajahmundry of East Godavari district to participate in a programme.
Recently, there were rumors that Ali would be contesting in 2014 elections from Rajahmundry and that several parties had approached him to join their parties.
Ali today made it clear that he has no plans to enter politics.However, he said that he would announce if he had any plans.
It may be recalled that the European United University of Coimbatore had conferred the honorary doctorate on him on May 25, this year.
