Akbaruddin's bail petition judgment on Wednesday
The judgment on the bail petition of MIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi in the case of 2005 of alleged assault of the then Medak District Collector will be pronounced on Wednesday.
The arguments on the bail petition were heard by the Sangareddy Court on Tuesday and the judgment has been reserved for Wednesday.
It may be mentioned that the Sangareddy court had earlier granted bail to MIM president Asaduddin Owaisi on January 24 in the same case. Akbaruddin Owaisi, who is presently lodged in Adilabad District Jail since his arrest on January 8 in the alleged hate speech case, was produced before the Sangareddy court on January 17 and was remanded to judicial custody. He was again produced before the court on January 28.
The Hyderabad MP and four other MIM MLAs also appeared before the court on Monday.
