Akbar gets summons from B'lore CMM court
The Bangalore CMM court served summons to Majlis leader, Akbaruddin Owaisi asking him to attend the court on February 23 in connection with a hate speech case.
The Banjara Hills police handed over the summons to the MIM MLA on Thursday.
Recently, advocate Dharmpal filed a petition against him with regard to hate speeches he made in December 2012 at Nirmal in Adilabad and Nizamabad town.
The court issued summons to Akbar under various Sections asking him to attend in person before it on February 23.
