Birmingham: Star batsman Yuvraj Singh who is a towering example of great comeback, is playing his 300th One-Day International, against Bangladesh in the second semifinal of Champions Trophy at Birmingham in England on Thursday.

It has been a memorable journey for Yuvraj after battling with cancer to make a comeback in the Indian side. While interacting with media persons on the eve of the semi final, Yuvraj said the biggest thing in his career is he still alive playing cricket.

Stating that he doesn't want to focus on negativity until he is in good zone, Yuvraj said that he would continue to play as he is performing well.

Yuvraj further opined that it is not difficult to play for India but sustaining and performing is tough. Players need to have self belief and determination, he said.


India put Bangladesh into bat first

Meanwhile, India won the toss and opted to field against Bangladesh in semifinal. India picked the same team that played in their previous game against South Africa while Bangladesh too did not make any changes from the eleven that played against New Zealand.
