After cow, donkey is in the news now

Mumbai: While the whole nation is discussing about cow, Maharashtra police have targeted another animal, donkey.

Staging a protest against the corruption of Congress leaders in Malegaon Municipal Corporation, Janata Dal (Secular) party workers had conducted a road show. As a part of special attraction, they bought a donkey which was arrested by the police and was moved to the police station in an auto. Later, the donkey was sent to the Animal safety center.

Malegaon SP, Sunil stated that permission was granted only for the rally and not for the donkey. He added that for security purpose, the donkey was arrested and would be taking the issue to the court.
