Actress Jeevitha’s Manager Held With Rs 7 Crore Worth Of Demonetised Notes

Though old notes of the denomination of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 have long been banned, attempts are still being made to exchange them. In a latest incident, old notes of the face value of Rs 7 crore were seized from a company in Jubilee Hills. Two persons have been taken into custody in connection with the incident.

Among those arrested is a close relative of film actress and BJP spokesperson Jeevitha Rajasekhar. The police arrested Srinivas, who runs Srinivas Enterprises, and Ravi. Srinivas is said to be Jeevitha's manager. He was earlier arrested for taking drugs. The police are probing if Jeevitha is involved in the exchange of old notes.
