ACB to challenge bail to Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad: The Telangana Anti Corruption Bureau has decided to file an appeal against the High Court granting bail to Cash for Vote scam accused TDP MLA Revanth Reddy. 

The attorney representing ACB told the mediaon Tuesdaythat he has sought the copies of the court orders and once they are received and studied, the order could be challenged in the court.

He said there was no clarity on the source of Rs 50 lakh that were given to Stephenson and also about the promised Rs 4.50 crore. He also pointed out, that another TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah did not come for questioning and nor was A4 Jarusalem Mathaiah arrested. So the attorney wants to appeal to the SC to quash the HC orders.
