Abusive teacher beaten up by villagers in Krishna district

A Zilla Parishad teacher who would use abusive and vulgar words for his girl students was beaten up by the villagers of Nandigama in Krishna district on Friday.

Protesting against the behaviour of Nageswara Rao, students boycotted the school and even staged a dharna in front of the school building. They locked the school gate and refused entry to teachers.
Even parents of the students joined in the protests and argued with the teachers over Rao. Parents also thrashed the erring teacher, who managed to rush into the school and lock himself up.
Later, MRO and the Sub Inspector was called and the police is now investigating the matter.
